Judy has lived and painted in the Kimberley since 1979. She has focused her imagery on the desert landscape, the local indigenous people and their activities as well as the wildlife of the north of Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

In her work she endeavors to portray the colour, light and vitality of this country as well as the spiritual connection of the people with the land.
